Here's how it works :
- By registering, you get a postal address within our company. Although this is an address in France, your correspondents can continue to write to you at your usual address in Switzerland.
- Then, all you have to do is go to LA POSTE in Switzerland and ask for a temporary forwarding of your mail.
- On your forwarding order, simply indicate your UBIDOCA address to set up your mail transfer.
- As soon as we receive your postal mail in our premises, our staff scans the envelopes or their contents according to the chosen processing method. You are notified by email of a new mail reception.
- You then log in to your Customer Space to read your mail. You can store your mail indefinitely in digital format (free digital storage) or delete it.
- Once you have read your scanned mail, we forward it to the address of your choice. This forwarding can be done on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We can also store your mail until you return to Switzerland.
